bridge financing to facilitate the borrower's short term financing
objectives, usually funded as a participating debt instrument.
Financing amounts are typically $25,000-$250,000 with terms
from 3 months to 18 months. Geographic areas considered include
California, Arizona and Nevada. Underwriting includes both
credit and collateral considerations. Yield requirements are
risk-based, primarily determined by considering loan to value
ratio, product location and quality, and the credit of and
experience with the borrower.
